Today was the first time I've had a hiccup with our Paradata credit card processing. I was unable to connect to the site for approval. I called Schmooze and left a message. Within five minutes Mike called to get details of what was happening. He told me he would call Paradata and get right back to me. Five minutes later he called back with an explanation. Within a half an hour the problem was solved. I have been very pleased with the customer service we are receiving from Schmooze and their associates so I thought I would take the time to let you know it is very much appreciated!

schmooze's customer service is awesome. We were in a real hurry to have everything converted over because of us buying out the business from the manufacture. We called and arranged a date and time to meet and complete the application and go over everything in great detail, making sure we understood everything.
Within 5 days Shawn was out to reprogram, clean and completely train us. He even had a customized training booklet for us! Your company is absolutely awesome.

I was excited/surprised on how easy the Paradata system was to navigate around and use. I am looking forward to integrating everything together with Quickbooks. Thanks for the referrals we will be getting in touch with Joe sometime next week. Mike and I appreciate the help you and your staff has been giving us. This definitely goes beyond the normal boundaries of the job...
