As we enter into this agreement to provide you with the services promised
for the processing of credit card payments, our mutual expectations
are such that we will work together for many years to come.
Our philosophy and business ethics dictate that if we do not do
our job as promised, you should be allowed to choose another processor.
We will adhere to this edict. You are on a day to day basis with
schmooze inc. and Diamond Mind Business Services.
If you make a decision to no longer process with us, a
60 day cancellation letter is required. Failure to do provide
this documentation could result in fees being charged
by the processor.
