Today was the first time I've had a hiccup with our Paradata credit card processing. I was unable to connect to the site for approval. I called Schmooze and left a message. Within five minutes Mike called to get details of what was happening. He told me he would call Paradata and get right back to me. Five minutes later he called back with an explanation.
