schmooze?
Rarely a day ends with out someone asking us, "How did you come up with a name like that?" This has always been fascinating to us that a name could provoke so many comments and conversation. Since day ONE, we knew that we were a special TEAM; a TEAM that had different strengths to offer our clients. We continually discussed out vision; to develop our own customer service company. We thought about OUR uniqueness and decided we liked the name "schmooze". While driving home from Baltimore late one afternoon, we were talking about the rude and impolite customer service practices we had observed throughout the day. We made an anagram of the word schmooze and thought, "this is our philosophy of managing a business partnership". This was our benchmark to restore some good old fashioned principles of customer service. Our dream is vibrant and rewarding.

Schmooze has received the award for the largest increase in production, for Nationwide Payment Solutions from 2004 to 2005; we grew our business by $15,000,000 in 2005.

We have also received the award for the induction of schmooze inc into the very first Presidents Club, initiated by Nationwide Payment Solutions. They currently have 280 agents and 5 individuals received this award. The award is for maintaining a portfolio in excess of $50,000,000.
